How many guests are included in the nightly rate?+
The $350 nightly rate includes up to 8 guests. Guest 9 and guest 10 are each charged an additional $50, and maximum occupancy is 10.
Is The Boathouse directly on the White River?+
Yes. The property is waterfront in Lakeview, Arkansas, with the river and access just steps from the cabin.
Are pets allowed?+
No. The current property policy does not allow pets, and smoking is not permitted.
Is there a cleaning fee?+
Normal turnover cleaning is included. If the cabin is left in a condition requiring extraordinary cleaning beyond a typical stay, an additional cleaning charge of up to $250 may be assessed after the condition is documented.
How much does the cabin cost?+
The cabin is $350 per night for up to 8 guests, with a two-night minimum. Guest 9 and guest 10 are each $50, and taxes are added in checkout. There is no separate seasonal rate.
Does the cabin offer guided fishing trips?+
No. The Boathouse is now focused exclusively on the cabin stay and does not offer guide services.
How close is the cabin to Bull Shoals Dam?+
The cabin is on the White River just minutes below Bull Shoals Dam, making it a convenient base for the dam, lake, tailwater, and nearby visitor attractions.
Which campgrounds and parks are nearby?+
Bull Shoals-White River State Park and its riverfront campground are next door. Lakeview Park, the nearby U.S. Army Corps of Engineers campground listed on Recreation.gov, is on Bull Shoals Lake.
