Online reservations are capped at 10 guests. Guests 9 and 10 are each charged the $50 additional-guest fee. The total shown before checkout includes the 9.75% combined tax. Normal turnover cleaning is included; if the cabin is left in a condition requiring extraordinary cleaning beyond a typical stay, a documented additional cleaning charge of up to $250 may be assessed.
