Online reservations are capped at 8 guests. For a larger group, contact Mike before booking so occupancy and the $50 additional-guest charge can be confirmed. The total shown before checkout includes the 9.75% combined tax. Normal turnover cleaning is included; if the cabin is left in a condition requiring extraordinary cleaning beyond a typical stay, a documented additional cleaning charge of up to $250 may be assessed.
